  We booked a room at this hotel for a wedding, upon checking into the room I noticed several things that were not clean. There were black hand prints on the wallpaper in the bathroom, there were long strands of hair inside of the shower, the couch and chair in the room had food crumbs on them, there were also crumbs and leaves in the corner of the room by the window that had not been cleaned up. When I asked to speak to the General manager or a Manager about this they were not available. I tried for two weeks to reach one of them, but he was never available and never returned any of my emails or calls. This hotel could use a good cleaning before anyone attempts to stay there. I would also advise that the company look into the general manager and the hospitality and guest services that he and his crew provide.
