  I have used this company for 8 years and always had great service. This last time, I scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time when he would be in Bakersfield already. The day came and he was a no show and didn't return my text. The next day he texted me "well can't your husband just fix it?". If I had someone to fix it, I surely wouldn't be paying someone to do it. I was very disappointed. I also asked for a referral to another vendor and was told he didn't know of anyone. Really? You don't know who your competition is? Very sad to lose someone I had been using for so long.
