  I've been banking for over 40 years, in fact, I've been an officer in a bank for more than 10 of those 40 years. I opened a personal account and a business account at the Tehachapi branch. Aside from the free gifts I received for opening the accounts I have regretted it ever since.
  
  I don't believe I've ever come across a branch manager that was as vindictive as at this branch. Unfortunately there is no care or compassion and rarely an accommodation or adjustment for an oversight or circumstance.
  
  Every time I hear their ad on TV about always being behind you I can't help but think that now I know what they really mean. Totally Free? Watch out!
