  Staffed by 95% psychotics who hate their job, hate the inmates, hate visitors (the other 5% are just trying to get through the day peacefully without getting reprimanded by the morons running the place). The living definition of cruel and unusual punishment, with a physical plant that is literally falling apart at the seams. That said, it's better than Wasco where staff is accustomed to physically brutalizing inmates for recreational purposes, and where every inmate death is by "natural causes". Yeah, it's natural to succumb when you get your skull cracked open just for laughs.
